Anthony Glukhov provides his clients with business and legal affairs expertise in nonfiction and scripted film and television series, podcasts, and short-form content, working with production companies like Concordia Studio (Deaf President Now, Girls State), Boardwalk Pictures (America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Chef’s Table, Welcome to Wrexham), Abu-Dhabi based Image Nation (Late Night with the Devil, Watchers), and Imagine Documentaries (Jim Henson: Idea Man), as well as independent directors, producers, writers, and other content creators. Glukhov’s breadth of experience allows him to contribute throughout various stages of projects, from development, production, and post-production to final delivery and distribution.

 

Glukhov also boasts expertise in utilizing artificial intelligence tools in content creation. He has published columns in the Daily Journal analyzing the impact of generative artificial intelligence tools on performer rights and the Writer’s Guild of America.  Glukhov’s role as a thought leader in artificial intelligence and experience across video games, web3, and other technology-related enterprises has allowed him to: 

  • Serve dual roles as chair of the Operating Committee and director of the Communications Committee of LexDAO, a decentralized autonomous organization of legal engineers focused on developing tooling and providing legal advocacy and education for the web3 community; 
  • Serve as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine School of Law and Southwestern Law School on issues at the intersection of copyright law and artificial intelligence and blockchain-based transactions;  
  • Discuss issues emerging in copyright law with the advent of artificial intelligence technologies on the Thinking on Paper Podcast; and 
  • Speak at the Guild of Music Supervisors 2024 Members Summit on artificial intelligence issues commonly arising in music.   

Glukhov plays several instruments, writes and produces music, builds computers and keyboards, and enjoys camping and fishing in his free time.   

Awards & Recognitions

Anthony graduated magna cum laude (top 4%) from Pepperdine University School of Law in Los Angeles in 2017 where he served as a Literary Citation Editor for Pepperdine Law Review and the Entertainment and Technology Track Chair for the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law.
