Blayne DeGiovanni provides production legal and development counsel for scripted and unscripted projects and offers a tailored and creative approach when working with clients. In her time at Ramo Law, Blayne has had the privilege of working on films, TV series and specials such as “Shane Gillis: Beautiful Dogs” from All Things Comedy on Netflix, the 2024 Sundance premiere “Alok,” and the Emmy-award winning program “Girls State.” She also recently provided production legal for the 2024 TIFF premiere “Relay,” “Omni Loop,” “Eric,” and the 2023 Tribeca premiere “Diarra From Detroit.”

 

Prior to joining Ramo Law, Blayne managed the global contracts department for a music and talent booking agency in Miami and London, which provided her in-depth experience drafting and negotiating contracts for live and streaming performances, television and film production, and other commercial project, particularly on the talent and management side. Her 360-degree review of contracts and agreements helps our clients identify and address risks.

 

Blayne earned her J.D. and LL.M in Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law, concurrently, from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, she represented children in the dependency system as an intern in the University of Miami Children and Youth Law Clinic.
