Laura LaBrecque primarily focuses her practice on production legal for all types of productions, ranging from high profile nonfiction and docu-series to low budget independent narrative and documentary films. Laura attentively supports both new and experienced production companies and producers as they navigate every phase of the production process. An avid sports fan, Laura specializes in sports productions, advising her clients on sports-specific rights issues and facilitating deals with major sports leagues and networks. In her time at Ramo, Laura has had the pleasure of working on projects such as “Chef’s Table”, “Good Rivals,” and “The Hype”, as well as the 2024 SXSW premiere documentary, “Resynator,” 2023 Tribeca premiere “The Adults” with Michael Cera and 2022 TIFF selection “Wildflower” starring Kiernan Shipka.
Prior to joining Ramo as an intern, Laura held internships at AGMB Law, The H Collective Films, and Donaldson Callif Perez. In her free time, Laura enjoys playing golf and snuggling with her cats, Higgs and Nova. Laura also organizes the annual Fat Bear Week bracket competition for the firm.
