Providing guidance and advice to financiers and distribution companies, Zev Raben brings his depth of legal experience to bear for his clients in all aspects of their varied businesses.
While his practice is primarily focused on representing financiers, Zev also assists producers and distribution companies in all areas of their creative pursuits. He has worked with producers whose films have been recognized by Cannes Film Festival, Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca and nominated for Independent Spirit Awards. His past experience as an entertainment litigator makes him well equipped to identify potential issues early on in transactions and provide his clients with a big picture risk assessment on any potential deal.
Raben was recently recognized as a Variety Dealmaker in 2023, Los Angeles Times B2B Legal Visionary 2023, and the Leaders of Influence 2022 - Thriving in Their 40s, for the Los Angeles Business Journal, 2022.
