• Provide transactional representation in connection with company’s development projects (option agreements, attachment agreements, data rights management advising)
• Provide representation and advise in connection with employment agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements and other business agreements
• Draft, negotiate and oversee distribution and sales agreements on behalf of distributor clients

For Music Publishing Companies, Record Labels, Management Companies, Booking Agencies and Music Festivals

• Consult with Client to determine the most appropriate legal entity for the company purpose providing ongoing corporate/entity representation
• Provide transactional representation in connection with company’s clients and events
• Provide representation and advice in connection with employment agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements and other business agreements
