‘Stage Mother’: Jacki Weaver Stars In First Clip From Drag World Comedy – EFM

EXCLUSIVE: Here’s the first clip from Stage Mother, Thom Fitzgerald’s comedy starring Jacki Weaver and Lucy Liu in the story of a conservative church choir director who inherits her late son’s San Francisco drag club.

Clay Epstein’s Film Mode Entertainment is handling sales on the title at the European Film Market in Berlin, where it is market screening following its world premiere at the Palm Springs International Film Festival in January.

Pic was written by Brad Hennig. Adrian Grenier and Mya Taylor also star, alongside real-life drag queen Jackie Beat.
